Neste curso os alunos terão conhecimento aprofundado do protocolo BGP, base de funcionamento da Internet e de novas tecnologias WAN como MPLS - Multiprotocol Label Switching. Além de cobrir a arquitetura do BGP, o curso contempla configuração em roteadores Cisco® tanto para o direcionamento dos tráfegos entrante e sainte, e apresenta recursos para aumentar a escalibilidade sob o ponto de vista tanto da administração da rede (Peer Group e Community) quanto dos recursos do roteador (Route Reflector, Confederation, Route Dampening). Através de laboratórios hands-on, os alunos terão subsídios para fazer troubleshooting. São também discutidas soluções de serviços com BGP.
